Support Our School
There are many ways parents can support our school. There are many volunteer
opportunities available and there are easy ways to raise money for the schools.
Volunteer Opportunities
There are many volunteer opportunities available for a variety of areas. Please
log onto the Volunteer Web Site to see where you can make a difference!

Passive Fundraising
Box Tops For Education - www.boxtops4education.com - Clip box tops and put them in
the box in your classroom. Each boxtop earns 10 cents for our school. Visit their
website for even more ways to help the school (charge cards, online shopping).
Grocery Cards - Register your grocery store cards online and the stores will donate
money to our school. Just think - our school earns money just because you buy
groceries. Visit the following sites to find more information on the programs available:
- Safeway Club Card - http://shop.safeway.com/corporate/safeway/club_card.asp
- Jamba Juice School Appreciation Card - are available in the office. Hayes earns
10% of your purchases at most Jamba Juice stores (does not apply at Safeway). All
you have to do is swipe your card and Hayes earns free money! Give one to
relatives.
- Lucky SHARE card- are available in the office. Hayes earns 3% of most of your
purchases from Lucky or Save Mart store. All you have to do is swipe your card.
Give them to relatives.
Participate in our Passive Fundraising Dinner Nights - These are no pressure nights
where you can buy dinner, or books, coffee etc, if you are in the mood, and a portion of
the proceeds go toward our school.

Escrip - http://www.escrip.com/ - Resource for fundraising where participating business
partners contribute a percentage of grocery, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases
to the school, group, or organization of your choice.
- Escrip has a back to school program - click here for more information. This is a
great way to earn money for your school while shopping at grocery stores.
- Our school id# is 137821189.
Cell phone and Printer Ink Cartridge Donation - Our school receives money for old
cell phones and printer ink cartridges donated to the school as we send them in to be
recycled. We accept all types of cell phones, inkjet cartridges and laser toner
cartridges. You might want to also check with your workplace. Collection boxes will be
located in the school library.
Target Visa - If you already have a Target Visa, please go online and make sure to
connect it to our school.
