Support Our School

There are many ways parents can support our school. There are many volunteer opportunities available and
there are easy ways to raise money for the schools.

Volunteer Opportunities

There are many volunteer opportunities available for a variety of areas. Please contact Melanie Baliton or
Michelle DeArman, the HHSC Co-Vice Presidents for more information about volunteer opportunities. You can
also download the Volunteer form and fill it out and submit it to Barbara Miller, the Hayes Secretary. Or you can
also email the completed form to Melissa Gremich.

Passive Fundraising

Box Tops For Education - www.boxtops4education.com - Clip box tops and put them in the box in your
classroom. Each boxtop earns 10 cents for our school. Visit their website for even more ways to help the
school (charge cards, online shopping).

Grocery Cards - Register your grocery store cards online and the stores will donate money to our school. Just
think - our school earns money just because you buy groceries. Visit the following sites to find more

Lucky SHARE card- will be distributed pre-loaded in October 2008 that benefits Hayes. All you have to
do is swipe your card.

Participate in our Passive Fundraising Dinner Nights - These are no pressure nights where you can buy
dinner, or books, coffee etc, if you are in the mood, and a portion of the proceeds go toward our school.

Escrip - http://www.escrip.com/ - Resource for fundraising where participating business partners contribute a
percentage of grocery, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to the school, group, or organization of your
choice.

Escrip has a back to school program - click here for more information. This is a great way to earn money
for your school while shopping at grocery stores.

Cell phone and Printer Ink Cartridge Donation - Our school receives money for old cell phones and printer
ink cartridges donated to the school as we send them in to be recycled. We accept all types of cell phones,
inkjet cartridges and laser toner cartridges. You might want to also check with your workplace. Collection
boxes will be located in the school library.
