School Information Regular School Schedule
- Kindergarten 8:00am - 1:20pm
- Primary (grades 1,2,3) 8:00am - 2:20pm
- Intermediate (grades 4,5,6) 8:00am - 2:25pm
Adjusted Day *All students in grades 1-6 will attend from 8:00am to 1:25pm the following days:
- every Tuesday
- Parent/Teacher Conference Days

Cafeteria Lunch
Cafeteria lunch is $2.75 per day. Lunch Tickets can be purchased for $27.50 (10 meals) or $55.00 (20 meals). Make the check payable to OGSD and give it to your child's teacher or bring it to the front office.

Attendance and Absences
If your child is absent from school, parents/guardians are required to call the school office secretary, 408-227-0424, or our Health Clerk, by 10:00a.m. to report the absence.
Leaving School Early
Parents/guardians who need to have their child released from school prior to the end of the school day must come in to the school office and sign their child out for the remainder of the day. Children will not be released from school other than by this procedure. Children will be released only to adults who are listed on the emergency card.
STAR Testing Information
STAR Testing is the California Standardized Testing and Reporting (STAR) program that all third through sixth graders participate in during Spring. There is an informative website available that provides STAR information and sample STAR questions from previous tests for student, teacher and parent/guardian use and practice.
